Zisolhouse extra-virgin biological olive oil is a premium quality olive oil, guaranteed from the specific pedo-climatic conditions of «Val di Noto»’s environment.
The harvest begins with the first days of October; the olives are hand-picked and brought to the olive press every day.
Our guests are welcome to join in and experience any part of the olive harvest and pressing process. Our small size enables us to carefully monitor every aspect of production, and guarantees the excellent quality of our bio-extra virgin olive oil.
