Here the Recipe for our Dessert: torta caprese
Blend the Almonds with the mixer.
Chop the dark chocolate and dissolve in a bain-marie, together with the butter, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
For the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. By hand, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar in a large bowl and then whisk the egg whites until stiff with an electric whisk. Add chopped almonds to dark chocolate. Mix well and add this mixture to the egg yolks with the sugar. Mix again and then gently merge the whipped egg whites in two times.
Put baking paper on a baking tin and then put the mixture inside. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° in static mode for about 30/35 minutes. After the necessary time, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Then transfer it to a cake rack and allow it to cool completely.
